Why do you think American students lag behind students from many other countries, in math and science proficiency?
i think american students lag behind students from many other countries because students in this country don't take their education seriously because their education get handed to them, but students from other countries don't get the kind of education that we get, they don't get offered the education so when they come to america they take their education seriously.
