Do you think that having Internet access is mainly for rich people? Are poor people disadvantaged? Or does Internet access help poor people? Why? No i do not think that having internet access is mainly for rich people, to be honest that sounds like a load of bull, internet access is for any and everybody, that can get access to computers. No poor people are not disadvantaged at all , if they have a family member that has an computer they can get access there. The internet helps everybody, rich and poor it doesnt really matter.
